2. Scope of this notice
This notice explains how we collect and use personal information when you visit belvynai.com or any sub-pages hosted by Framer (the “Site”).
It does not cover the data we process while delivering our AI automations, agents, or consulting services; those services have (or will have) their own privacy notices.
3. What we collect and why
Data
• Name, email, phone number, business name, website URL, industry, and any details you type into the Cal.com discovery-call form
Purpose
• Schedule and hold the call
• Send confirmation/reminders
• If you miss the call, offer to reschedule
Legal basis (UK/EU GDPR)
• Art. 6 (1)(b) – steps at your request prior to a contract
• Art. 6 (1)(f) – our legitimate interest in organising and rescheduling the meeting
Data
• Basic technical data sent by your browser (IP address, device, time-zone, referring URL, pages viewed) saved in server logs
Purpose
• Keep the Site secure
• Diagnose errors

• Art. 6 (1)(f) – legitimate interest in security & performance
We do not currently use cookies or tracking pixels.
4. Where your data goes
• Cal.com Inc. (USA) – hosts the booking form and sends confirmation emails.
• Framer B.V. (Netherlands) – hosts the Site.
• Google Workspace (EU or USA data centre chosen by Google) – stores calendar events titled “Call with {Name}” if we sync meetings.
• Belvyn team – access data solely to arrange and deliver the call.
Cross-border transfers to the United States are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary safeguards.
5. Retention
Cal.com retains booking details until we delete them. Internally we keep discovery-call information for up to 12 months after our last interaction unless we must keep it longer to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
6. Your rights
Under Gibraltar, UK, and EU data-protection law you may:
• Ask for access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your data.
• Object to our processing (including missed-call rescheduling emails).
• Request a portable copy of your data.
• Lodge a complaint with the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority or your local supervisory authority.
7. Security
We protect your information with HTTPS, access controls, and encryption at rest where supported by our providers.
8. Children
The Site targets business users and is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

If we add cookies or introduce new features, we will update this notice and post the revised version here.
