1.  Acceptance of Terms

By accessing belvynai.com (the “Site”) or submitting a booking through our Cal.com

scheduler (together, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and

Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not accept them, do not use the Services.

2.  Who we are

Belvyn is a sole-trader business established in Gibraltar (“Belvyn”, “we”, “our”,

“us”).

3.  Scope of these Terms

These Terms apply only to:

• browsing the public Site; and

• booking and attending a free discovery call or AI audit via Cal.com.

Any paid AI automations, agents, or consulting services will be governed by a

separate written agreement. If there is a conflict, that separate agreement

prevails.

4.  Eligibility

The Services are aimed at business users worldwide who are at least 18 years old

and authorised to bind their organisation. We may refuse or cancel a booking if

providing our Services would breach sanctions, export-control, or other

applicable laws.

5.  Intellectual Property

The Site’s layout is based on a free Framer template by Westhill Studio.  

Belvyn owns all text, images, code, and other customisations added to that

template.  You may view or print pages for your organisation’s internal use, but

you must not otherwise copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from any

part of the Site without our written permission.

6.  Booking a Discovery Call / AI Audit

6.1  **Information you provide** – You warrant that the details you supply in

the Cal.com form (name, email, phone number, business information, etc.) are

accurate and that you have authority to share them.  

6.2  **No contractual obligation** – Submitting the form or attending the free

call does not oblige either party to enter into a paid agreement.  

6.3  **Rescheduling & no-shows** – If you miss the call we may contact you once

(by email, SMS, or phone) to offer a new slot.  

6.4  **Recording** – Calls are not recorded unless both parties agree in

writing.

7.  Disclaimers

7.1  **Informational content** – The Site’s content and any free advice given

during a discovery call are provided “as is” for general information only and do

not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.  

7.2  **Availability** – We do not guarantee that the Services will be

error-free or uninterrupted.  

7.3  **Third-party services** – The Site is hosted by Framer B.V., and bookings

are processed by Cal.com Inc. We are not responsible for third-party content,

privacy, or security practices.  

7.4  **Local law compliance** – You access the Services at your own initiative

and are responsible for complying with any laws that apply in your jurisdiction.

8.  Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:  

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential

losses arising from your use of—or inability to use—the Services.  

• Our total aggregate liability, whether in contract, tort (including

negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed **GBP 100** (or the equivalent in

EUR/USD).  

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury

caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under

applicable law.

9.  Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Belvyn harmless from any claims, damages,

liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from (a) your breach of these Terms or

(b) your misuse of the Services.

10.  Data Protection

Our collection and use of personal data are governed by the **Belvyn Website

Privacy Policy** (latest version published on the Site).

11.  Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will change

accordingly. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes

acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.  Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Gibraltar law. The courts of Gibraltar have

exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any

jurisdiction to protect our intellectual-property rights.  

If you are a consumer resident in the EU and mandatory law grants you the right

to litigate in your home courts, this clause does not limit that right.
